NEW RELEASE Q-DAS eMMA 3.2.0

Faster and improved analysis of 3D measurement data

With the new version of Q-DAS eMMA, Q-DAS broadens the concept of user administration and data management. System administrators can now keep track of the history protocol of important administrative changes as well as monitor the addition/deletion of users or assigned licenses from the Q-DAS eMMA AdminClient module.

The web-based quality monitoring tool Q-DAS eMMA Reporter is now accessible directly from the Client module. Under the new tab "Reporter", a list with links to all exported reports is displayed. The links redirect the user directly to the corresponding web-report offering an easier interoperability among modules comes with a brand-new search dialog for easier exploration of component parts. The user can simply type a part of the reference number of the component part, followed before/after with the % symbol, and it will list all the available component parts that contains the specified criteria.

The interactive definition of virtual features, known as ODiN features, augments the joint analysis of optical and tactile measurements. Furthermore, the new display mode "Boxplot" provides a summary of the statistical evaluation for a large groups of measurements.

Regarding security and efficiency, version 3.2.0 optimizes data queries by making use of SQL prepared statements which offers more efficient access to data and prevents possible “SQL injection” attacks. An additional security level for authentication and access to data objects has also been introduced to guarantee a safer communication between server-client by implementing “OAuth1” authentication.
